Direct customer-to-vendor messaging has been removed. Use listing reviews for customer feedback and vendor responses.
Platform mode
Visitors can shop in marketplace mode. Registered members gain vendor rights and operational dashboards.
New communication flow
1. Customers leave verified buyer reviews on listing item pages.
2. Vendors review and respond to those reviews from their role-specific workspace tools.
3. Vendor-to-vendor communication happens only in the vendor live chat section.
